FERTILITY:
Poor to Average. Prefers well-drained, and evenly moist soil that is lower in fertility. Slight stems will fall (especially in rain) if growth is too fast!
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
While not absolutely necessary, you may provide support to keep them upright and tidy. Grown in blocks they tend to support one another unless it rains often.
Cut when 1/3-1/2 of flowers are open and expect a vase life of one week. May sear ends, or place in very hot water and allow to cool, if stems are drooping.
